lot 1: Maintenance work on public lighting in the Municipality of Alèsthis lot is a single-awardee framework agreement with purchase orders passed without a minimum annual amount and with a maximum annual amount of 500,000 euros excluding VAT, pursuant to Articles L2125-1 1 °, R. 2162-1 to R. 2162-6, R. 2162-13 and R. 2162-14 of the Public Order Code. The framework agreement is concluded for an initial period of 1 year from the effective date of the 1st legal purchase order. In the event that the maximum threshold of the framework agreement is reached during the year of performance of the contract, i.e. before the end of the contractually determined period, it may be expressly renewed in advance. The estimated value excluding VAT below corresponds to the estimated value over the entire duration of the contract
