The Legal Register Centre is looking for a competent and enthusiastic partner to work with us to renew the information system used for the enforcement of sanctions by the Legal Register Centre. The project requires expertise and experience from the supplier, for example, in the functionalities of payment processing and case management, as well as in the construction of a user interface layer that combines different functionalities.
The reform project tentatively includes in its entirety:
- Refinement of the architecture of the solution of the implementation system to be delivered
- Implementation and delivery of the user interface
- Implementation and delivery of core functions
- Implementation and delivery of back office functions
- Products delivered as part of the solution
- Implementation tools and platforms required for the solution
- Integration implementation support
- Transitional solutions
- Rights to the source code and/or descriptions of the subscriber's application
The aim is to replace the current implementation system using the latest technology to reduce the cost and development costs of continuous services. At the same time, the new system, combined with legislative changes, will allow for a more streamlined and cost-effective enforcement of sanctions. The new system will enable more extensive e-services for authorities, companies and communities as well as citizens regardless of time and place.
The preliminary delivery schedule for the reform is 2023-2024. The delivery will be divided into sub-packages in a way to be determined later.

The procurement is carried out as a competitive dialogue and the negotiations may concern a wide range of the content, method of implementation and contract terms. The minimum procurement requirements, which must be absolutely met and non-negotiable by the solution and service, are set out in the request for participation.
