The Norwegian Directorate of Health wishes to continue the scheme for distributing/sending condoms to selected target groups in Norway. The access to free condoms is vital in the Norwegian Directorate of Health's work for facilitating the population's assumptions for safeguarding own sexual and reproductive health. The scheme is financed over the Government budget, Chapter 762, post 21, as a part of following up national strategies for improved sexual health. The scheme for free condoms and lubricants includes currently distribution of more than 5 500 000 condoms and 500 000 packages of lubricants. The Norwegian Directorate of Public Health wishes to continue the scheme and invites tenderers to submit tenders for the period 2017 - 2022.

The contract is for 1 (one) year, with an option for a contract extension for a further 1+1+1+1 year, to a maximum total of 5 years.

The contract is estimated to have a value of 8 000 000 NOK excluding VAT per year. This estimate is non binding for the Norwegian Directorate of Public Health.
