Description:
Delivery of two brand new consoles for high-resolution nuclear magnetic resonance spectrometers to the Institute of Physical Chemistry of the Polish Academy of Sciences

The subject of the contract is the delivery of two brand new consoles for high-resolution nuclear magnetic resonance spectrometers. They are to replace the currently used old consoles and must cooperate with superconducting widebore magnets operating at the IPC PAS with magnetic field induction of 7.0 and 11.7 T (300 and 500 MHz respectively), and with probes for measurements in liquids (Bruker BBI and Bruker BBO for magnet 7.0 T and Bruker BB DIFF30L O for magnet 11.7 T) and in solid state (Bruker 4mm MAS VTN for magnet 7.0T and Bruker 4mm MAS DVT for 11.7T magnet). A detailed description of the subject of the contract is included in Annex 1 to the SWZ.

Object range of the order:

Place of service:

The seat of the Contracting Authority - Institute of Physical Chemistry of the Polish Academy of Sciences in Warsaw.

Breakdown of the item of the order into parts:

The Contracting Authority does not allow partial bids. Both consoles must be compatible with each other. By compatibility, the Ordering Party understands the possibility of emergency replacement use of certain components such as temperature unit, pneumatic unit, shims power supply, etc. The purchase of the subject of the contract from two different suppliers could lead to the purchase of different consoles, which would prevent the interchangeable use of components, and would also affect the possibility of using the warranty rights of the Ordering Party. The contracting authority is not able to expect compatible solutions in two different proceedings if it is not able to determine to which equipment compatibility must occur.
