1. The subject of the contract is to provide receiving and zoning services in such a way as to ensure adequate levels of recycling, preparation for reuse and recovery and limiting the mass of municipal waste transferred to storage referred to in Act of 13 September 1996 on the maintenance of cleanliness and order in municipalities (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2021 item 888 as amended) of municipal waste from property residing on which municipal waste is created, from the territory of the Municipal Municipality Nowa Ruda and the operation of a selective waste collection point municipal (PSZOK) located in Nowa Ruda at 45c Independence Street, landscaping of waste collected in PSZOK and disposal of waste from sites not intended for storage
