The object of the order is the successive delivery of computer equipment for the purposes of the Municipality of Gdańsk, described in detail in the description of the item of the order.

The object of the order for task 1 is the successive delivery of computer equipment for the purposes of the Municipality of Gdańsk, described in detail in the Description of the Object of the Order (OPZ).

The subject of delivery in the case of equipment indicated in the OPZ (in selected items) is also the operating system. The Contracting Authority allows an equivalent operating system to be offered. The terms of equivalence are described in the SWZ and OPZ.

The implementation of the subject of the contract will take place on the basis of orders submitted to the Contractor. The deadlines for the execution of orders and acceptance procedures are specified in the SWZ and IPU (Essential provisions of the contract).
