Possible costs resulting from the above-mentioned service on the part of the Contractor 3) the order from the Ordering Party will be issued on working days during working hours (8:00 to 16:00). The Ordering Party requires the execution of the order on the next business day in accordance with the declaration from the offer form referring to the time of delivery of the goods as a criterion for the selection of the offer – Annex No. 1 to the SWZ, 4) in urgent cases, the Ordering Party reserves the need to deliver the drug to the rescue within 6 hours from the moment of placing the order, with delivery to the indicated place (Hospital Pharmacy or Hospital Ward) 5) place of delivery: all rooms of the Hospital Pharmacy, including the Warehouses of the Hospital Pharmacy SPZZOZ in Wyszków., 6) The Contractor, at his own expense and risk and on his own, provides transport and unloading to the premises of the Hospital Pharmacy, 7) the invoice payment deadline is 60 days from the date of delivery of a correctly issued invoice to the Ordering Party.
