"Description of the standard of forestry work execution technology"; adopted by Decision No. 25 of the Director General of the State Forests of 10 March 2023 on the "Description of the standard of the technology for the execution of forestry works" in the organizational units of the State Forests (case number: MZ.011.2.1.2023), Decision No. 161 of the Director General of the State Forests of 12 September 2023 amending Decision No. 25 of the Director General of the State Forests of 10 March 2023 on the implementation of the "Description of the standard of the technology for the execution of forestry works" in organizational units of the State Forests (case number: MZ.011.2.4.2023); Appendix 3.2. Description of the standard of forestry work execution technology in the Regional Directorate of State Forests in Zielona Góra adopted by Decision No. 65 of the Regional Director of the State Forests of 27 July 2023 on the establishment of the regional standard of technology for the execution and acceptance of works (case number: ZG.0301.2.2023). The detailed description of the standard of technology for the performance of individual forestry works (activities) specified in Appendix No. 3.1 to the Terms of Reference and in Appendix No. 3.2 to the Terms of Reference is the basis for determining the quality requirements relating to the elements constituting the subject of the contract (Appendix No. 2 to the Terms of Reference). If the activity described in the above-mentioned appendices is not provided for in the description of the subject matter of the contract (Appendix No. 2 to the Terms of Reference), then the provisions of Appendix No. 3.1 to the Terms of Reference and Appendix No. 3.2 to the Terms of Reference shall not apply in this respect. Descriptions of activity codes describing individual forestry works (activities) included in the subject matter of the contract are described in Appendix 3 to the Terms of Reference. A description of the rules of the procedure for the acceptance of forestry works is included in Appendix No. 3 to the Terms of Reference. The Contracting Authority provides for the possibility of awarding contracts referred to in Article 214(1)(7) of the Public Procurement Law within 3 years from the date of awarding the basic contract. The material scope of the services being the subject of the contracts referred to in the previous sentence will not exceed 50% of the value of this contract and will consist in the repetition of services consistent with the services being the subject of this contract and services similar to them in terms of their technological performance.
