The contract involves installing a hot water heating system comprising 3 boilers (200 kW each) and their auxiliary equipment, as well as installing a primary distribution network for hot water to heat a 7-floor building.
With the works, the intention is to replace the electric heating system by a gas heating system, in the building located on the corner of rue Belliard and rue de Trèves in Brussels. In this context, the aim of the contract is to install a hot water heating system in the building mentioned. The building covers a surface area of approximately +/– 5 500 m
— 3 underground parking levels,
— 1 ground floor,
— 7 floors of offices and meeting rooms,
— 1 multi-purpose area at roof level: conference room, offices and technical areas.
