The subject of the contract is the supply of 450 m³ of fuel oil according to PN - C - 96024:2020-12 for energy purposes for the 31st Tactical Air Base Poznań. Heating oil must meet the following parameters:

- calorific value MJ/kg - min 42.60

- ignition temperature - min 56º C

- sulphur content% (m/m) — max 0,1

- coagulation temperature ºC — not higher than -20º C

- density at 15º C kg/m³ - max 860

Deliveries of heating oil should be made after prior notification to the Ordering Party between 800 and 1200 hours only on working days

The contracting authority does not provide for the obligation to lodge a bid bond.

The contracting authority does not require a performance bond

The Contractor is obliged to execute the contract on the terms and conditions described in the draft contract constituting Appendix No. 4 to the Terms of Reference. The contracting authority may annul the procurement procedure if the funds from the budget which the contracting authority intended to allocate to finance all or part of the contract have not been allocated to it and the possibility of annulling the procedure on this basis is provided for in the contract notice.
