The contract has as its object the executive design service and the execution of all the works and supplies necessary to perform and give complete the works of: "Redevelopment of the ERP building via Felice Ferri – via Principe Amedeo with an increase in real estate units, seismic improvement and energy efficiency.

The contract includes the executive design and the works, services, supplies and provisions necessary to give the work completely completed, according to the conditions established by the special tender specifications, with the technical, qualitative and quantitative characteristics provided for by the design drawings of the work and related annexes of which the Contractor declares to have taken complete and exact knowledge. They are also included, if implemented by the contracting authority, the improvements and forecasts for improvement and integration contained in the technical offer presented by the contractor, without further charges for the contracting authority.

The execution of the works is always carried out according to the rules of the art and the Consignee must comply with the utmost diligence in the fulfillment of its obligations.
