Urban hygiene service concerning the collection, transport, recovery and delivery to dedicated plants of urban waste and waste assimilated to urban waste, in separate and undifferentiated form.

The contract consists of services concerning the collection of municipal solid waste and similar waste in a differentiated and undifferentiated form, with the door-to-door method from domestic and commercial users, of materials with specific valorization such as paper, cardboard, plastic, aluminum and glass, as per the project drawn up in accordance with the provisions of art. 41 paragraph 12 of Legislative Decree 36/2023 by the executing Administration of the contract - Municipality of Ricadi (VV) - to be awarded under the right regime pursuant to art. 21 of Legislative Decree no. 152 of 03.04.2006 and subsequent amendments and additions, according to the rules established by the C.S.A. and in the other tender documents and on the basis of the principles provided for by the legislation in force on the subject
