The subject matter of this order shall be:
1) comprehensive supply of thermal energy along with transmission and distribution services to facilities:
- PGE Narodowy, al. ks. Józefa Poniatowskiego 1 in Warsaw;
- administration building, 1 Zieleniecka Avenue;
2) refilling of mains water.
1. Comprehensive supply of thermal energy with transmission and distribution service:
Total ordered capacity for five heat substations: W1+W2+W3+W4 (PGE Narodowy) and the Al. Zieleniecka 1 [MW] administrative building node = 3.1000 + 3.1000 +3.1000 + 0.4000 +0.1500 = 9.8500 MW (say: nine MW and 8500/10000).
The amount of heat determined by the value of the order for all consumers (five nodes) over a period of 12 months – 35,000 GJ (in words: thirty-five thousand GJ).

Ad 2. Replenishment of network – process water:
The amount of process water for cost calculation (heat carrier) in total for two intakes: PGE Narodowy and Al. Zieleniecka 1 within 12 months – 100 m3 (in words: one hundred m3).
Costs of process water - settlement according to actual consumption based on two network water meters installed in individual nodes - facilities.

National Stadium Building – Junctions No. 1; No. 2; No. 3; No. 4:
- the junction in the PGE National Stadium building at Al. Ks. J. Poniatowskiego 1 is the property of the Ordering Party (Recipient),
- metering and billing systems measuring the total heat supplied to the substations and control systems are owned by Veolia Energia Warszawa S.A.,
- place of installation of metering and billing systems; mock-up of the heat substation,
- existing connection 2xDN 250 from Al. Zieleniecka,
- place of property demarcation – valves at the connection of the heating network.
The building at 1 Zieleniecka Avenue in Warsaw:
- the junction in the building at Al. Zieleniecka 1 is the property of the Ordering Party (Recipient),
- the metering and billing system measuring the total heat supplied to the substation and the control system is owned by Veolia Energia Warszawa S.A.,
- place of installation of metering and billing systems; mock-up of the heat substation,
- place of property demarcation – connection valves in the heat substation.
Equipment of the node according to the documentation agreed in SPEC S.A.
The detailed technical parameters of the order preparation nodes will be established and confirmed before the order is executed when concluding the contract in the form of orders for each node.
