Transport of food waste from Thisted Municipality.

Food waste from the Contracting Entity includes raw and prepared vegetable and animal residues such as fruit and vegetables, coffee filters and tea bags in paper, eggshells, meat and cold cuts, fish and shellfish, small bones (poultry, ribs from pig and lamb), bread and cakes, rice and pasta, cheese and dairy products, fat and gravy as well as flower bouquets and the like from private households.

The amount of food waste from the Contracting Entities' catchment area is expected to amount to approx. 3,000 tonnes/year during the contract period.
