Description:
Framework agreement: Designing company training - promoting professional competence

In coordination with the Federal Ministry of Education and Research (BMBF), a recommendation-based portal is currently being designed by the Federal Institute for Vocational Education and Training (BIBB) as a collaboration platform for (company) training personnel. As a broad-based support service for optimising everyday in-company training, it should be permanently anchored in the vocational education and training system.

For the case-by-case development, testing and continuous development of didactic-methodical teaching/learning arrangements for trained professionals, the BIBB plans to award a framework contract created from June 1, 2022 to May 31, 2025 (corresponds to a duration of three years within the meaning of Section 21 VI VgV).

The exemplary teaching/learning arrangements, hereinafter referred to as “learning paths” for training personnel, are intended to become an elementary component of portal services and in particular be located in the portal segment “Further develop operational training practice”. The learning paths are to be understood as an offer that is sometimes carried out synchronously online and moderated, partly accesses asynchronous, cross-media content and tasks.

The overarching goal is to use this mix of offers to meet the time and content requirements of training personnel and to directly promote their professional competence as a training officer.
