The subject of the contract is the supply of electricity for the needs of the purchasing group entities in the period 01.01.2022 — 31.12.2024.

The total estimated electricity consumption [MWh] for the period 01.01.2022 — 31.12.2024 is 46,244,799 MWh.

2. The description of the item of the order is set out in Annex 1 to SWZ.

The model contract includes Annex 3 to SWZ, together with Annex 1 (list of electricity collection points covered by the contract) and No 2 (power of attorney).

3. The description of the object of the order specifies quality standards relating to all relevant features of the object of the contract (the subject of the order is standardized — will be implemented identically, whichever Contractor performs it), all lifecycle costs are taken into account — margin, trading balancing costs, transaction fees, profile volatility costs, graphic volatility costs, graphing costs, conventional energy costs, property rights costs and excise duty. In addition to the above costs, the Ordering Party does not provide for other costs of electricity supply.
