The subject of the contract is the delivery of 5 pieces of brand new electric low-floor city buses with a length of 9.0 to 10.5 m (MIDI) together with equipment and other elements specified in the OPZ and Planned provisions of the contract subject of the Agreement and the delivery, assembly, connection to the power grid and commissioning of two two-output stations for slow charging of electric buses with direct current, with an output power adjustable in the range of 60-120 kW at the Depot MZK Sp. z o. o, described in Part III of SWZ-OPZ.

The subject of the contract is the delivery of 5 pieces of brand new electric low-floor city buses with a length of 9.0 to 10.5 m (MIDI) together with equipment and other elements of the Subject of the Agreement specified in the OPZ and Planned provisions of the contract in accordance with this SWZ (hereinafter: "Requirements of the Ordering Party") and delivery, assembly, connection to the power grid and commissioning of two-outlet stations of free charging of electric buses with direct current, with an output power adjustable in the range of 60-120 kW at the MZK Sp. z o. o. Depot, described in part III of SWZ-OPZ.

In the scope of performance of the Subject of the contract, the Contractor undertakes to deliver 5 pieces of midi electric buses to the headquarters of Miejskie Zakład Komunikacji sp. z o. o., at 8 Chemiczne Street in Zielona Góra, unless the Ordering Party indicates to the Contractor another place in the city of Zielona Góra no later than one day before the planned acceptance. undertakes to conduct Service and Utility Training in accordance with the provisions of part III of SWZ – OPZ, undertakes to deliver, install, connect to the power grid and launch two two-outlet stations of free charging of electric buses with direct current, with an output power regulated in the range of 60-120 kW at the MZK Sp. z o. o. Depot.

The Contractor undertakes to adapt the Buses and Charging Stations to the charging systems indicated by the Ordering Party. The Contractor undertakes to cooperate with the charger supplier indicated by the Ordering Party in order for the proper operation of charging systems and Buses.
