The contract will have a duration of 2 years from 1.1.2020.

The contract will be renewed twice for a period of 1 year, unless terminated by one of the notified parties by registered letter mailed at least 1 year before the end of the term of 2 or 3 years.

The contact will be free from Monday to Sunday as well as public holidays by the agents (= members of the staff of the agency, that they are statutory or contractual) patients so that they indicate their period of incapacity of work .

During this contact, the successful tenderer will inform the agent of a control (or not). If a check is to be made, the successful tenderer shall inform the agent of the date and time and, where appropriate if it is a check at the medical office, of the address to which he must go in view of the said control.

The successful tenderer communicates to the agency, at the latest in the half-hour of the contact made by the sick agent, via a webservice developed for the agency according to the protocols described in the CSC or an online platform own, the periods of absence communicated by the sick agent.

The mission also includes hosting agency data.

The successful tenderer must be accessible for agents at least via a call center (number "0800" free) from 8:00 to 17:30, from Monday to Sunday, including holidays.

In addition, the agency may also request that controls be carried out on specific request.

The successful bidder must be accessible through a SPOC (Single Point of Contact) for the agency's human resources department, by email and phone, from 8:00 am to 5:30 pm, Monday to Friday.

Medical checks are between 7:30 and 20:00 Monday to Sunday inclusive, as well as public holidays:

- either at home *: for agents in "prohibited exit",

- following a specific request from the agency,

- in the doctor's office: during an absence at home (only following a specific request from the agency),

- for "authorized exit" agents.

* is considered as "home", ie the official residence of the staff member communicated by the agency to the successful tenderer via the computer protocol or the platform, or the place of convalescence communicated by the agent to the successful tenderer during the making contact.

This contract is without prejudice to the possibility for the agency to call on another service provider for specific assignments, without exclusivity for the successful tenderer of this contract.
