4.1. The subject of the contract is to supervise the implementation of works entitled: "Modernization and repair of roads in the city of Łódź" especially from the point of view of compliance with the provisions of the Construction Law, environmental protection regulations, the Act of 10 April 2003 on special rules for the preparation and implementation of investments in the field of public roads and compliance with the requirements contained in the Contract.
4.2. A description of the subject of the contract, including the duties of the Supervision Inspector, can be found in Appendix No. 1 to the SWZ.

4.1. 4.2. A description of the subject of the contract, including the duties of the Supervision Inspector, can be found in Appendix No. 1 to the SWZ.
4.3. The contract has not been divided into lots due to excessive technical difficulties and costs of performing the contract as well as due to the possibility of difficult coordination of the activities of different Contractors performing individual parts of the contract, which in turn could seriously threaten the proper performance of the contract.
4.4. The Contracting Authority shall allow the Contractor to perform the contract in question with the use of subcontractors, which it is obliged to indicate in Section D in Part II of its own form of the Single European Procurement Document (ESPD).
4.5. The Contracting Authority does not provide for the award of a contract under the right of option.
33.1. Pursuant to Article 95 of the PPL Act, the Contracting Authority requires the Contractor or Subcontractor to employ persons performing the activities indicated by the Ordering Party in the scope of the contract, if the performance of these activities consists in performing work in the manner specified in Article 22 §1 of the Act of 26 June 1974 – Labour Code (Journal of Laws of 2020, item 1320), i.e. activities of persons performing works during the execution of the contract

33.2. The type of activities related to the performance of the contract and the method of verifying the employment of these persons and the Ordering Party's right to control the Contractor's compliance with the requirements related to the employment of these persons and sanctions for non-compliance with them are specified in the model contract constituting Annex 11 to the SWZ.
6.1. The order should be completed from the date of signing the contract to the completion of a given investment task, but not longer than by 31.12.2022.
