The detailed description of the standard of technology for performing individual forest works (activities) included in the subject of the contract specified in this decision is the basis for determining the quality requirements relating to the elements constituting the subject of the contract contained in Annex 3 to the SWZ (Description of the standard of technology for the performance of forest works) and Decision No. 73 in the Director of the Regional Directorate of State Forests in Krosno of June 21, 2022 on the introduction to the application of the "Description of the standard of technology for the execution of forest works" in forest districts grouped in the Regional Directorate of State Forests in Krosno Case mark: DK0070.1.2022. Pursuant to Article 95 of the Public Procurement Law, the Contracting Authority requires the Contractor or a subcontractor to employ persons performing activities in the scope of contract performance consisting in obtaining and skidding wood raw material, if the performance of these activities consists in performing work in the manner specified in Article 22 § 1 of the Act of 26 June 1974 - Labour Code (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2022, item 1510, as amended. died.). The Contractor may submit an offer for one or more Packages. The offer submitted for a given Package must, however, cover the entire scope of work provided for in the SWZ for this Package. The term of the contract from 01.01.2023 no longer than for 12 months.
