The purpose of this tender procedure is the provision of the service of supply and maintenance of computer assets by the Computer Unit of the Fundació Hospital Universitari Vall d'Hebron – Institut de Recerca (en endavant VHIR).

This subject matter of the invitation to tender shall be divided into 2 lots:

• LOT 1. MULTI-BRAND COMPUTER EQUIPMENT

• LOT 2. APPLE EQUIPMENT

Multi-brand computer equipment:

Equipment can be offered in two types of modalities: purchase and monthly rental. The purchasing elements may be completely new equipment or reconditioned if the tenderer has at his disposal, and meet the required quality standards.

In cases where VHIR orders any equipment of the Apple Inc trademark, the bidder will arrange for the purchase and delivery of the requested items at the locations indicated in these specifications. These will always have to be completely new.
