Tender with an open telematic procedure for the three-year assignment of the specialist assistance service to students with disabilities attending higher education institutions in the province of Nuoro and the province of Ogliastra.

The service mainly aims to promote the social inclusion of students with sensory disabilities or psychophysical disabilities, encouraging, in a direct and personalized way, the exercise of the right to study and the strengthening of their autonomy. The activity is carried out through specialized assistance interventions aimed at students with disabilities who attend higher education institutions in the province for the development of individual potential regarding assistance to personal autonomy and the improvement of personal communication.
