The purpose of the consultation is to conclude a framework agreement broken down into two lots relating to the supply and transmission of electricity supplying the Delivery Points of the municipality of FOURMIES listed in annexes 1 and 2 of the Cctp.The subsequent contracts will be awarded on the basis of the framework agreement of each lot and then executed without any minimum or maximum in value or minimum in quantity. Only a maximum quantity limits the volume of Delivery Points that can be attached during the market. It is a multi-successful framework agreement with subsequent contracts. The Framework Agreement is divided into two lots, each of which is awarded, under the conditions defined in the consultation regulations, to several economic operators. The Framework Agreement enters into force upon notification of the Deed of Commitment and expires on 31 December 2025. As an indication, it is envisaged 1 subsequent contract covering the following period: 01/01/2024 to 31/12/2025
