The City of Copenhagen offers special services to Kirsebærhaven school in public procurement.

It is a newly created school unit which is to be gardened for the first time. The contract comes into effect at the beginning of the 2019/2020 school year (August 2019). The final start date is known later.

The contractor's contractual requirements are set out in the draft framework agreement (Appendix A), while the detailed requirements for delivery of the transport, the supplier's information about the school are described in detail in the requirements specification (Appendix B).

The framework agreement will be concluded for a period of 1.5 years with the possibility of an extension of 2 x 1 year. The reason for a shorter period is that this contract will enter into a timely flow with the other 23 special driving contracts in the Child and Youth Administration.
