The tender includes a framework agreement for the collection and treatment of hazardous waste (including clinical risk waste) from the Contracting Entity's four recycling centres located in Vesthimmerland Municipality. The agreement period is 01.01.2024 to 31.12.2025. There will be an option to extend the agreement by 2 x 12 months, so the agreement runs until 31.12.2027.The overall task will be awarded to one tenderer. 

In addition to the treatment of hazardous waste, the service consists of delivery of packaging, delivery of sorting instructions and signs, delivery of collection equipment, preparation of transport documents, safety advisor for tanport of dangerous goods, organization of repetition courses for the Client's site staff and reporting of waste volumes to relevant authorities. As an option, the Tenderer must offer: - Collection, emptying, cleaning and return of environmental boxes.  A detailed description of the service will be given in Appendix 2 Specification of requirements in the tender documents.
