The purpose of this European public tender is to arrive at a framework agreement with 6 Contractors, 1 Contractor per lot for the Delivery of road salt and brine. The framework agreement is 48 months for all lots, with the exception of lot 2, for which 43.5 months apply. The Province of Gelderland and every municipality itself enter into a framework agreement with the contractor.

The contract consists of 6 lots. P1: Province of Gelderland, P2: Municipality of Apeldoorn, P3: Municipality of Arnhem, P4: Municipality of Zevenaar, P5: Municipalities of Achterhoek (concerns the municipality of Aalten, Berkelland, Bronckhorst, Doetinchem, Montferland, Oost Gelre, Oude IJsselstreek, Zutphen) and P6: Municipalities De Liemers region and Rijk van Nijmegen (concerns the municipality of Duiven, Westervoort, Rheden, Druten, West Maas and Waal and Wijchen). Each lot is awarded to the tenderer who has issued the lowest price. Tenderers can submit a tender for 1, more or all lot (s).

The province of Gelderland is the secretary.

The purpose of this plot is to come to a framework agreement with one (1) Contractor for the delivery of road salt and brine for the smoothness control of the Province of Gelderland.

Lot 1 is awarded to the tenderer who has issued the lowest price.

The purpose of this plot is to arrive at a framework agreement with 1 Contractor for the delivery of road salt for the smoothness control of the Municipality of Apeldoorn. No brine needs to be supplied for this parcel.

Lot 2 is awarded to the tenderer who has issued the lowest price.

The purpose of this plot is to arrive at a framework agreement with 1 contractor for the delivery of road salt and brine for the smoothness control of the Municipality of Arnhem.

Lot 3 is awarded to the tenderer who has issued the lowest price.

The purpose of this lot is to arrive at a framework agreement for the tenderer who has issued the lowest price with 1 contractor for the delivery of road salt and brine for the smoothness control of Municipality of Zevenaar.

Lot 4 is awarded to the tenderer who has issued the lowest price.

The purpose of this plot is to come to a framework agreement with 1 contractor for the supply of road salt and brine for the smoothness control of municipalities Achterhoek Region (concerns the municipality of Aalten, Berkelland, Bronckhorst, Doetinchem, Montferland, Oost Gelre, Oude IJsselstreek and Zutphen). Every municipality concludes a framework agreement with the contractor.

Lot 5 is awarded to the tenderer who has issued the lowest price.

The purpose of this plot is to come to a framework agreement with 1 contractor for the supply of road salt and brine for the smoothness control of municipalities De Liemers region and Rijk van Nijmegen (concerns the municipality of Duiven, Westervoort, Rheden, Druten, West Maas and Waal and Wijchen ). Every municipality concludes a framework agreement with the contractor.

Lot 6 is awarded to the tenderer who has issued the lowest price.
