The National Association of Statutory Health Insurance Funds operates various online presences based on the existing FirstSpirit content management system (see service description). In the next few years, redesigns of the homepage and some theme portals are planned to take up current developments in design and usability, to optimize responsive playout and accessibility and to implement a moving image concept.

For the new and further development as well as the comprehensive support of these online presences, the National Association of Statutory Health Insurance Funds is looking for a full-service web agency with experience in the comprehensive support of an association or a public institution in the field of web design and software technology, taking into account the current standards regarding usability, accessibility, web programming and data/IT security.

The areas of responsibility with regard to new and further development are in particular

• Web design/conceptual design

• Technology and development of software solutions and conception of secure software server landscapes including quality assurance/testing as well as

• Project management and documentation

For the online portals, ongoing user support as well as support for software operation in cooperation with the association's hosting partner must also be offered. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Software user support

• Editorial support

• The execution of (also short-term/daily) maintenance and servicing work as well as short-term troubleshooting in the backend and frontend area

• Support of the system administrators (hosting partners of the client) in the installation of releases for the standard software components used on the QA and productive servers of the client - after prior successful quality assurance and release on the contractor's development servers

• Support of the system administrators (hosting partners of the client) with questions and problems regarding hosting, server/system optimization, etc.

• Regular installation of updates of the Enterprise CMS FirstSpirit including licensed extensions (e.g. Universal Messenger) and standard software used on the backend and web servers
