This selection guide relates to the public contract for the granting of a leasehold, including a right of building, for the establishment and operation of a residential care centre (with the possibility of short stay) on land along the Serviceflats De Lier in Achel (Hamont-Achel). The land in question is owned by the contracting authority, who wishes to have a residential care centre realised and operated on the project site.

The project site is located on the corner of Michielsplein and Grevenbroekstraat, next to the service flats De Lier.
