The subject of the Order is the conclusion of a Framework Agreement for the performance of archaeological rescue excavations along with the development of research results in the areas of Accompanying Investments - railway lines for the Central Communication Port.

The scope of the Subject of the Order includes the performance of preliminary works - archaeological excavations - rescue at sites located and discovered as part of the preparation of the site for the project consisting of Accompanying Investments. The purpose of the contract is to examine the areas designated for the planned sections of railway lines, within the limits indicated in the relevant decisions, for the presence of archaeological monuments.

The scope of the Subject of the Order includes the performance of preliminary works - archaeological excavations - rescue at sites located and discovered as part of the preparation of the area for the project consisting of the following Accompanying Investments as part of the implementation of projects:

• Construction of railway line No. 85 on the section Warszawa Zachodnia – CPK Junction

• Construction of railway line No. 85 on section 85 CPK node Łódź Niciarniana

• Construction of the STH Railway Junction

• Construction of railway line No. 85 on the section Łódź – Sieradz Północny

• Construction of railway line No. 86 on the section Sieradz Północny – Kępno

• Construction of railway line No. 86 on the section Kępno – Czernica Wrocławska

• Construction of railway line No. 86 on the section Czernica Wrocławska – Wrocław Główny.

Archaeological research being the subject of the Order is one of the necessary elements for the preparation and implementation of these Investments.

The Contracting Authority reserves the right to award Executive Orders for archaeological research in accordance with the OPZ, also on other Accompanying Investments carried out by the Contracting Entity.

The subject of the Order includes the execution of rescue archaeological excavations in the areas of all Investments comprising the Project. Apart from research, the scope of the Subject of the Order also includes Accompanying Tasks, i.e.: verification of Positions in the Areas, preparation and delivery to the Contracting Authority of ready-made applications to the WKZ in order to obtain Research Permits (or submission of such applications directly by the Contractor on behalf of the Contracting Entity) and possibly other necessary administrative decisions, arrangements, consents and opinions, as well as scientific elaboration of Research results.

The Contractor's obligations specified in OPZ-R and OPZ-W will apply to a specific Research Area, indicated in the Executive Agreement concluded with it.

OPZ-R defines the basic required conditions for archaeological research and Accompanying Tasks. In the Executive OPZ and in the Implementing Agreements, individual requirements may be specified additionally or differently.

The scope of the Order was included in OPZ-R.
