SKI offers a framework agreement concerning services and products within servicing, repair and control of elevators.
The framework agreement covers all elevator types defined in the Danish Working Environment Authority's Executive Order no. 461 of 23 May 2016, section 1(2), which together will hereinafter be referred to as elevators.
The framework agreement is divided into 6 geographical sub-agreements with identical assortment.
• Sub-agreement 1: Region North Jutland, Central Jutland and Southern Denmark
• Sub-agreement 2: Region Zealand and Ishøj, Høje-Taastrup and Frederikssund Municipality
• Sub-agreement 3: The Capital Region excluding Frederiksberg, Copenhagen, Ishøj, Høje-Taastrup and Frederikssund Municipality
• Sub-agreement 4: Copenhagen and Frederiksberg Municipality
• Lot 5: State, nationwide
Lot 6: Other customers, nationwide
Annexes A, A.1 and A.2 describe which customers may use the framework agreement.
Sub-agreement 1 - Region Nordjylland, Midtjylland og SyddanmarkThe sub-agreement concerns the supply of services and spare parts within servicing, repairs and inspection of lifts. The range of the sub-agreements is identical to the other lots, but differs from the others in that it only concerns delivery to SKI's customers located in the Region of North Jutland, Central Jutland and Southern Denmark.
Sub-agreement 3 - Capital Region excluding Frederiksberg, Copenhagen, Ishøj, Høje-Taastrup and Frederikssund MunicipalityThe sub-agreement concerns the supply of services and spare parts within servicing, repairs and inspection of lifts. The range of the sub-agreements is identical to the other lots, but differs from the others in that it only concerns delivery to SKI's customers located in the Capital Region of Denmark, with the exception of Frederiksberg, Copenhagen, Ishøj, Høje-Taastrup and Frederikssund Municipality.
Sub-agreement 2: Region Zealand and Ishøj, Høje-Taastrup and Frederikssund MunicipalityThe sub-agreement concerns the supply of services and spare parts within servicing, repairs and inspection of lifts. The range of the sub-agreements is identical to the other lots, but differs from the others in that it only concerns delivery to SKI's customers located in Region Zealand, as well as Ishøj, Høje-Taastrup and Frederikssund Municipality.
Sub-agreement 4 - Copenhagen and Frederiksbjerg MunicipalityThe sub-agreement concerns the supply of services and spare parts within servicing, repairs and inspection of lifts. The range of the sub-agreements is identical to the other lots, but differs from the others in that it only concerns delivery to SKI's customers located in the municipalities of Copenhagen and Frederiksberg.
Delaftale 5 - StatesThe sub-agreement concerns the supply of services and spare parts within servicing, repairs and inspection of lifts. The range of the lots is identical to the other lots, but differs from the others in that it concerns only supplies to SKI's state customers.
Lot 6 - Other Customers (utilities, housing companies, etc.)The sub-agreement concerns the supply of services and spare parts within servicing, repairs and inspection of lifts. The range of the sub-agreements is identical to the other lots, but differs from the others in that it only concerns deliveries to SKI's other customers who are not covered by the other lots, e.g. utilities, housing companies, etc.
