1. The subject of the contract is the supply of disposable and reusable equipment for the needs of the Hospital Emergency Department and Emergency Medical Teams.
2. The assortment, quantity and price specifications of the subject of the contract are specified in Appendices No. 2/1 to No. 2/19 to the Terms of Reference, which the Contractor is obliged to fill in and attach to the offer.
3. In accordance with the requirement set out in Article 246(2) of the Public Procurement Law, the Contracting Authority, using the criterion of a price weight exceeding 60%, specified in the description of the subject matter of the contract (Appendices No. 2/1 to No. 2/19 to the Terms of Reference) the quality requirements relating to at least the main elements constituting the subject matter of the contract.
