The purpose of this contract is the conclusion of a framework agreement for the supply of articles of computer, network and telephony consumables included in the lots described in Annex I of the Technical Specifications, and the selection and approval of a limited number of suppliers of said material for the different expenditure units of the Miguel Hernández University of Elche, in any of its campuses: Altea, Elche, Orihuela (Desamparados and Salesas headquarters) and Sant Joan d'Alacant. This Framework Agreement responds to the need to rationalize and unify the acquisition of articles of computer, network and telephone consumables included in ANNEX I of the Technical Specifications that govern this file, to try to meet the needs they require, for their own operation and the fulfillment of their purposes, the Services, Units, Departments, Faculties, Schools and Research Institutes that make up the Miguel Hernández University of Elche (hereinafter UMH) in any of its current or future Campuses and facilities, as well as to establish the basic terms to which the contracts based on it must be adjusted.
