To appoint a service provider to carry out the following services:

1) external window cleaning to the contracting authority's houses, flats and communal areas within their residential housing sites/schemes.

2) external gutter cleaning, which will also include the fascias and soffits, to the contracting authority's houses, flats and communal areas within their residential housing sites/schemes.
