The subject of this open procedure is the conclusion of a framework agreement in accordance with § 21 of the Ordinance on the Award of Public Procurement (Ordinance Ordinance -VGV) on the execution of professional salvage and transport of corpses and body parts on behalf of the police and in urgent cases in the local areas of responsibility of the police inspectorates Dorfen, Ebersberg, Erding with Munich Airport, Freising, Moosburg, Neufahrn and Poing with Vaterstetten.

Execution of salvage and transport of corpses and body parts in the police order and in urgent cases of the Art. 14 Abs. 2 S. 1 of the Bestattungsgesetzes (BestG) in the area of the police inspection Dorfen.
