As part of the VgV procedure with proposed solutions, an architectural office is to be identified for building planning in accordance with § 34 HOAI LPH 1-9.
The administrative offices of the Stuttgart Fire Department will be merged in the new Central Administration Fire Department with underground car park in the newly developed Neckarpark in Bad Cannstatt. The land area is approx. 2,645 m2 and is located on the site of the former Bad Cannstatt freight station in the core zone of Stuttgart's mineral spring protection area. Development is currently underway. According to the B-plan, the new building with four storeys and an attic is to be planned as a recessed staggered floor.
The space program with 4,800 m2 of usable space includes the functional units/modules of the office management with special areas and specialist departments, the administrative staff and the rear area of the administrative staff. In addition to offices and meeting rooms, there are also storage, archive and expansion areas.

Commissioning is based on project approval within the framework of call-off contracts. The contractor is obliged to take over the service when the project is realised. The client intends to commission the services in stages. There is no legal claim to the transfer of all performance levels.
