Provision of telecommunications services in 2G / 3G / LTE radio techniques and supply of telecommunications equipment.

1. The subject of the contract is the implementation by the Contractor for the Employer of the following scope:

1.1. provision of telecommunications services in 2G / 3G / LTE radio techniques,

1.2. delivery of brand new telecommunications devices (in particular mobile phones, tablets and modems / routers dedicated for data transmission using cellular networks),

1.3. delivery of SIM cards intended for the provision of services and configured to work in the Contractor's network,

1.4. providing website services for telecommunications devices provided under the contract,

1.5. providing support services for telecommunications and delivery services,

1.6. implementation of infrastructure functionality,

1.7. ensuring an appropriate level of radio signal (indoor - inside the building) for 2G / 3G / LTE radio techniques inside the Employer's strategic facilities.

2. The Purchaser reserves the right to exercise the option right. Option right is the Employer's right and does not give rise to any claims on the part of the Contractor for an optional contract. Under the option right, the contracting authority has the right to increase the order by additional orders to the extent indicated in Annex No. 1 to the ToR.
