The successful tenderer will be required to provide catering services at Bishop Vesey's Grammar School.

The contract covers the scope for the provision of all catering and vending services within the School, which also includes all hospitality and free issue requirements.

It is expected that the successful contractor will be able to offer both innovation and a new food service offer which meets the needs of the pupils moving forwards into this contract term. The current range of foods needs to be expanded along with the service provision.

The contract currently operates at zero cost plus free issues. Free school meals and hospitality will be charged based on consumption and at net food cost.

The contract being offered commences on 1.8.2013 and concludes on 31.7.2016 and will be on a guaranteed performance basis.
