The measurement campaigns to be carried out within the framework of this contract are those necessary for the acquisition of hydrological and hydraulic measurements. They are part of a campaign of measurements carried out using portable devices. Most of the services will be carried out on part of the union territory located downstream of the Yerres watershed, composed of 18 municipalities (10 municipalities in Essonne and 8 municipalities in Val de Marne). However, the Holder may occasionally intervene throughout the watershed. The contract subject to this consultation is a framework agreement with single-awarding purchase orders for services, executed by issuing purchase orders as and when necessary, pursuant to Articles R.2162-2-2nd paragraph, R.2162-4-2 °, R.2162-13 and R.2162-14 of the Public Order Code. It is executed at unit prices and concluded without minimum amount but with the maximum annual amount of 75,000 euro (s) (H.T.).
