1. The subject of the contract includes the provision of cleaning services in rooms, facilities and premises within 7 parts of the contract.
2. A detailed description of the individual parts of the contract can be found in the draft provisions of the contract - Annexes 2 - 8 to the tender specifications, hereinafter referred to as SWZ.
3. The Contractor shall perform the subject of the contract using its own cleaning equipment appropriate to the type of work and surface, guaranteeing high quality of services provided, and using cleaning agents appropriate for this equipment, as well as with the assistance of persons with appropriate professional qualifications.
4. The Contractor is obliged to perform the contract in accordance with the principles of modern knowledge, applicable regulations and with respect for the principles of occupational health and safety.
Provision of cleaning services in the building and on the premises of the Delegation of the Warmia and Mazury Voivodship Office in Elbląg at 1 Wojska Polskiego Street.1. A detailed description of PART I of the order can be found in the draft provisions of the contract for PART I – Annex 2 to the SWZ.
2. To perform the subject of the contract, the contractor shall use its own cleaning and maintenance agents, hereinafter referred to as cleaning agents, appropriate to the type of surfaces to be cleaned, guaranteeing high quality of services provided, admitted to trading and use in Poland, having appropriate approvals, including PZH certificates or other equivalent documents, which include:
1) in the case of washing, cleaning and preservatives containing dangerous substances – safety data sheets,
2) in the case of disinfectants which are medical devices – declarations of conformity and CE certificates,
3. in the case of disinfectants that are biocidal products, authorisations to place biocidal products on the market,
4. in the case of disinfectants which are medicinal products, the marketing authorisation for the medicinal product.
3. The contractor's obligation shall include waste segregation and securing garbage bags.
4. The subject of the contract does not include the obligation to equip the cleaned rooms with hygienic products, i.e.: toilet paper, liquid soap, paper towels, liquid for hygienic hand disinfection.
5. The Ordering Party reserves the right to possibly reduce in each PART of the order the areas covered by the cleaning service in relation to the maximum demand together with a corresponding reduction of the remuneration resulting from the concluded contract, provided that the Ordering Party guarantees the performance of at least 70% of each of the PARTS of the order. For non-performance of the entire PART of the contract, the contractor is not entitled to any claims.
6. The Contracting Authority shall, at its own expense, provide the contractor with hot and cold water, electricity and a lockable room for storing cleaning equipment, cleaning products and workwear necessary for the performance of the subject of the contract.
7. The subject of the contract will be divided into the following stages:
1) stage I – including the implementation of the subject of the contract in 2023,
2) stage II – including the implementation of the subject of the contract in 2024,
3) stage III – including the implementation of the subject of the contract in 2025.
8. In the absence of financial resources for the performance of the subject of the contract under stages II or III, the contracting authority shall withdraw from the implementation of these stages, and in such a case the contractor will only be entitled to remuneration due for the performance of part of the contract until the date of withdrawal.
Provision of cleaning services in the building and on the property of the Maritime Border Crossing in Elbląg at 2 Kotwicza Street.1. A detailed description of PART II of the contract can be found in the draft provisions of the contract for PART II – Annex 3 to the SWZ.
