a. The subject of the order is the delivery of a used car - a fire ladder with a rescue height of 37 m with a 3-person basket to the commune of Baranów, Kępno poviat as described in the subject of the order constituting an attachment to the ToR - detailed description of the subject of the order.

2. The subject of the contract should meet the following requirements:

a) meet all the features specified in the Specification of Essential Terms of the Order,

b) have a complete set of technical and operational documentation.

1.1. Warranty

The required period of guarantee and warranty for the subject of the contract is a minimum of 12 months for building-up from the date of final acceptance.
