Oslo Metropolitan University (the contracting authority) wants to enter into two (2) separate parallel agreements for legal services related to:

1) Labour legislation and HR field (henceforth referred to as HR)

and

2) the Research and Development field (henceforth referred to as FoU).

The framework agreements must cover the need for support and consultancy for the listed fields.
