New construction of a trimodal intermodal terminal including track systems as well as the new construction of the necessary access road including bridge structure in Duisburg-Walsum as a complete service at a fixed flat rate. The services to be provided are described partially functional. For certain services, the creation of implementation planning is also part of the scope of services.

The development area has a size of approx. 6.8 hectares and includes the area of private road (access road) with a connection in the north-west to the Dr. Wilhelm-Roelen-Straße with approx. 1.3 ha and approx. 5.5 ha for combined trimodal loading traffic. In the southeast, the site is to be accessed via a railroad track, which is to be expanded to 4 railroad tracks on the intermodal system.

On the logport VI site in Duisburg-Walsum (formerly the Walsum paper mill) located directly on the banks of the Rhine, the client intends to build a new trimodal intermodal terminal including track systems as well as the construction of the associated access road including bridge structure as a complete service at a flat-rate fixed price.

The entire construction work is to be carried out by a contractor in 2 construction phases:

1st construction phase New construction of an internal access road (private road) with connection to the Dr. Wilhelm-Roelen-Straße including drainage and connections to the existing sewer system, all necessary supply and disposal systems as well as the construction of a bridge structure including adaptation of the main cooling water line. In some cases, the implementation planning must be drawn up independently by the contractor.

2nd construction stage Provision of all necessary construction work for the new construction of a CT terminal. The services must be complete so that they include all work, parts and facilities that are necessary for the proper operation of the terminal and include in particular the following trades:

Demolition and site preparation, surface paving and surface drainage, all necessary supply and disposal systems, the technical facilities, the fencing by means of fences and gates as well as the gate building in accordance with Building description and draft planning including track construction, creation of the track system incl. Point heating & signaling technology, construction of a point harp and connection to the existing track, construction of the crane runway beams, the crane runway rail and the crane cable transfer shaft, construction of the filling station system, electrical work and lighting.

The gantry crane, air handling vehicles and containers are not part of the scope of services and are only used to describe the operational processes. During the construction phase, the contractor must provide appropriate areas for the gantry crane assembly and interfaces, e.g. B. to coordinate the energy supply of the crane system with the crane manufacturer independently.

In some cases, the implementation planning must be drawn up independently by the contractor.
