The subject of the Order is: Execution of design documentation for the execution of construction works consisting in the construction of the gas network in msc. Rębiechowo Jaworowa Street, ul. 268/10, UP/00425248

Material scope:

— gas pipeline ś/c dn 63 mm PE RC, L = 66 m

— connection ś/c dn 32 mm PE RC, L = 5 m (connection power 3 m3/h) pieces 1

— gas cabinet pieces 1

Based on the conditions of connection to the gas network, as set out in Annex 2 to the contract.

1) the implementation of the construction project, the executive and the object of the works for the task of the following: “The execution of the project documentation for the construction of the construction of the gas network in msc. Rębiechowo St. Jaworowa, Lt. 268/10, UP/00425248', based on the conditions of connection in Annex 2 to the Agreement.

2) obtaining all required opinions, permits and decisions, including obtaining on behalf of and for the Employer, from the competent authority, the final building permit decision;

3) execution of the investor's cost estimate;

4) exercising author's supervision.
