The subject of the contract is the provision of a service consisting in the collection and management of selectively collected municipal waste (coming from owners of residential real estate and real estate on which the summer house is located and other real estate used for recreation and leisure purposes located in the Wręczyca Wielka Commune), collected in the PSZOK area. Waste management is to ensure that in a given calendar year appropriate levels of preparation for re-use and recycling of municipal waste is achieved and to reduce the weight of biodegradable municipal waste sent to landfill in accordance with the provisions of the UCPG Act and the provisions of the Waste Management Plan for the Silesian Voivodeship. The estimated amount of waste to be collected and managed during the period of implementation of the subject of the contract – 300 Mg.

The subject of the contract includes: a) leasing and equipping PSZOK with containers for collecting municipal waste selectively collected according to individual fractions, b) leasing containers will cover the entire period of contract performance, c) conducting reporting in accordance with applicable regulations, d) transferring in accordance with Article 9ea of the UCPG Act and management of selectively collected municipal waste collected from PSZOK in the recovery and disposal installation waste, in accordance with the waste hierarchy referred to in Article 17 of the Waste Act, e) waste management with the recovery or neutralization rates of collected municipal waste, in accordance with the Waste Act and the UCPG Act.
