Smmag has committed to developing a new Mobility Plan, by 2035, by deliberation dated April 14, 2022. As the MDP is a planning and programming document, it must present an action programme listing the projects to be carried out or studied, with their associated schedule. This action programme will include a component on logistics. The purpose of this contract is to support the Syndicat Mixte des Mobilités de l'aire Grenobloise (Smmag) in the development of the logistical component of the action plan of the Pdm.Il is a "Composite" framework agreement.
