This contract is for the purchase of uniforms for security guards and reception staff at the European Parliament (Brussels, Strasbourg and Luxembourg sites).

Lot 3 — outdoor clothing.

The technical characteristics of the lot are defined in Annex I to the specifications.

The estimated annual number of staff for which clothing and footwear is to be provided is 600 to 750.

Outdoor clothing for security guards and reception staff.

Supply per staff member:

— 1 male or female parka,

— 1 hat,

— 1 pair of fleece gloves,

— 1 pair of thermolactyl gloves,

— 1 scarf or 1 neck warmer,

— 1 cap.

The parka supply will be renewed once every 3 years; other items in the supply will be renewed once a year.
