Investor competition for the construction of a car park with tertiary functions - Entry into the City - Differdange

Development, financing and construction of a “Parkhouse” project with at least 500 parking spaces as well as tertiary areas of minimum 4000m2 located in Differdange. The land, located in the city center, has a gross area of 0.77 hectares. According to PAG, the terrain is classified in SPEC2 zone with a COS of 0.90, a CUS of 4.20 and a CSS of 1.0. The land will be made available by the city via a surface right for a period of 40 years.
