The tender concerns the purchase of a new contact system for DR, for use by everyone who wants to contact DR as well as for DR's own employees.
DR is looking for an inquiry system in the form of a core system & agent interface, which DR can further develop. The system must basically contain an integrated knowledge bank/FAQ system, customized entrances for users, overview and reporting, segmentation and the possibility of automation. In addition, the system must be financially transparent. With the acquisition, DR wants to rethink the current contact environment at dr.dk/kontakt.
