Contract co-financed in the form of grants and loans under the priority programme No. 2.1.2 "Rational waste management Part 2) Waste management installations" Project title: "Integrated waste and energy management system in the Southern Region of the Podkarpackie Voivodeship – stage III"

1. The subject of the order is the delivery of a brand new compactor with a blade for KHK Krosno Sp. z o.o. 2. Detailed requirements regarding the subject of the contract can be found in Chapter IV- SWZ-Description of the subject of the contract. 3.Other requirements: - the compactor shall have at least two forward-to-reverse speeds, - fuel tank min. 350 l., - parking and service brake, - the compactor should be adapted to continuous operation min. 16 hours a day, - the compactor should be adapted to work on surfaces with a large slope - the ability to overcome hills up to 90%, - the offered compactor cannot be a prototype (prototype - the first model of the device made according to the documentation, constituting the basis for further production), - Warranty 24 months or 2000 MTH - Guarantee of service response to notification of failure or the need to perform a service inspection of the compactor up to 2 working days from written or e-mail Notification. - Warranty service should take place at the headquarters of the Ordering Party's company. - The contractor will provide warranty and post-warranty service. Costs of warranty service on the part of the Contractor, and post-warranty service on the side of the Ordering Party. - Certificate for CE mark. - All manuals in Polish in paper and electronic form. - Catalogue of spare parts in paper and electronic versions. - Transport costs shall be borne by the Contractor. In addition, the Contracting Authority requires that the Contractor include in the price of the offer the costs of periodic inspections, which will be valued in the Price Form – Annex No. 1 A to the SWZ, and the frequency of which is specified in Part II of the SWZ – Model contract.
