The subject of the contract is a cyclical, in accordance with the current needs of the Ordering Party, service in the field of storage, acquisition, sharing documentation in paper form and electronic data carriers as well as organizing and missing documentation in paper form.

1. The subject of the contract is a cyclical, in accordance with the current needs of the Ordering Party, service in the field of storage, acquisition, sharing documentation in paper form and electronic data carriers as well as organizing and missing documentation in paper form.

2. Under the Contract, the Contractor undertakes to perform the following tasks:

1) keeping documentation in paper form;

2) taking over from the Ordering Party to store documentation in paper form;

3) making documentation available in paper form;

4) recording documentation in paper form;

5) organizing documentation in paper form;

6) lack of paper documentation;

7) storage of electronic data carriers such as LTO and CD, CD – RW, DVD +R/RW.

8) taking over electronic data carriers;

9) provision of electronic data carriers;

10) recording of electronic data carriers.
